Automotodrom Grobnik crowned the 2024 Champions

Weekend full of action at the Automotodrom Grobnik, Croatia, on the occasion of the sixth and last round of the Supersport 300, Supersport 600 and Superstock 1000 Cup.
The season finale saw competitors take the track in good weather conditions, ensuring nice battles for the medals.

Supersport 300 and Supersport 600 Cup
Leader Daniel Turecek offered another outstanding performance. Arrived in Grobnik with solid leadership in the standings, the Czech rider won both races and the European title too. In Race 1 he crossed the chequered flag ahead of Patrycja Sowa and Krisztian Szilagyi. Race 2 was a mix of emotions with four riders within six tenths: at the end Szilagyi finished second and Lukacs Owen third.
While Turaceck celebrated his triumph, female rider Sowa hit the second position in the standings, 25 points ahead of Szilagyi, third.
Serbian rider Strahinja Kovacevic won both SSP 600 races and grabbed the 2024 title.

Superstock 1000 Cup
Slovenian rider Marko Jerman put in another solid performance in Grobnik, scoring a double win thanks to which he also took the cup’s title. The leader ruled both the races making the difference over Max Melzer and Mate Szamado, who shared P2 and P3 in this season’s finale. The Hungarian and Austrian riders fired up a thrilling battle also for the silver medal, at the end conquered by Szamado, who finished second with a twenty-point lead.
