The first Semi-Final of the Grass track Individual European Championship was held in the French track of Artigues de Lussac. The event was won by French rider Stéphane Tresarrieu, second position German Richard Speiser and Czech Josef Franc.
The next Semi-Final is scheduled on the 7th of July in Noordwolde (The Netherlands).
