CEV Repsol Moto2 European Championship and European Talent Cup: Edgar Pons is the new Moto2 Champion! Next to last race of the CEV Repsol Moto2 European Championship and European Talent Cup took place on 12th–13th October at Circuito de Albacete, in Spain. Edgar Pons took advantage of his first opportunity and lifted the Moto2™ European Championship title in the first race of the day - and he did it like a champion, winning from pole position. In Race1 Baiko Racing Team rider headed the race from the off followed by Héctor Garzó, Marcel Brenner (Kiefer Racing) and Anupab Sarmoon (VR46 Master Camp), who all took advantage of a good start to place themselves at the head of the race. Supersport 300 Cup and Superstock 1000 Cup: last round in the Czech Republic The last round of the Supersport 300 Cup and Superstock 1000 Cup was raced on 27th-29th September at Autodrom Most, in the Czech Republic. Supersport 300 Cup In Race1 the Slovakian Maxim Repak won the first heat in front of Mate Szamado from Hungary and the Italian Manuel Rocca. In Race2 home hero Petr Svoboda grabbed the lead and pushed hard, but unfortunately he crashed while leading. The fight for the victory was again between Repak and Szamado. Repak had the best finishing in front of Szamado and Rocca.

CEV Repsol Moto2 European Championship and European Talent Cup: Izan Guevara is the new ETC champion The Circuito de Jerez Ángel Nieto was the setting of the sixth round of the FIM CEV Repsol, where Edgar Pons achieved a conclusive victory in Moto2™ and Izan Guevara was proclaimed champion of the European Talent Cup. Héctor Garzó (CNS Motorsport) started from pole and took the lead followed by Alessandro Zaccone (Promoracing) and Edgar Pons, with the three riders pulling clear. Mini Moto Road Racing European Championship: little champions at TT Assen This weekend young riders from 15 different European countries went to TT Assen, in the Netherlands, for the Mini Moto Road Racing European Championship. With 9 different classes from MiniMoto to Ohvale 190 Mini GP there was a tough competition but a friendly and helpful atmosphere during the whole event. Vintage Road Racing European Championship: the race in Donington Park Photographs courtesy www.pjm-photography.co.uk Riders of the Vintage Road Race European Championship gathered at the former Grand Prix circuit Anderstorp for the opening round of the 2019 Championship. Practice and qualifying went without any major problems for the FIME riders who all qualified. On Saturday the weather was perfect for racing with temperatures in the 20’s and a dry track until the last race when a heavy shower brought out the red flags and an early finish to the days racing. Sunday’s racing resumed with a dry track and the schedule was completed without further interruption. With a strong Classic Racing base in the UK Great Britain riders dominated the results apart from classes 6 and 7a where Hasse Gustafson ruled the roost for Sweden and took four wins on his Ducati machines. Supersport 300 and Superstock 1000 Cup: fourth round in Germany On 19th-20th21st July the fourth round of the Supersport 300 and Superstock 1000 Cup was held in Oschersleben, Germany. Supersport 300 Even the race was a thrilling from the beginning to the end, this round was ruled by Oliver Konig, who won both Race1 and Race2. Second and third in both the races ware Miloslav Hrava and Jiri Nespesny. All the three riders are from the Czech Republic. Superstock 1000 One ruler in this category too. The Swedish Cristopher Bergman won Race 1 and Race2. After a bad crash in Slovakiaring, Michal Filla finished second in Race 1 while Arnaud Friedrich in Race2. Third in both the races Kamil Krzemien. Next round will be in Grobnik, Croatia, at the end of August.
