Hanika, Ramos and Fores new 2013 Road Racing European Champions in Albacete (Spain)

The final of the European Road Racing European Championship was held today in the Spanish track of Albacete. The new European Champions for 2013 are Czech Karel Hanika (Moto3), Spanish Roman Ramos (Supersport 600) and Spanish Xavi Fores (Superstock 1000). Angel Poyatos (SPA, Yamaha) is new Junior Champion in Supersport 600, while Guillermo LLano (SPA, Kawasaki) is Junior Champion in the Superstock 1000 class. Superstock 600cc Road Racing EC and European Junior Cup in Magny Cours (France)

The ninth round of the Superstock Road Racing European Championship was held yesterday in the French track of Magny Cours. Italian podium with victory of Alessandro Nocco (Kawasaki), second Franco Morbidelli (Kawasaki) and third Christian Gamarino (Kawasaki). Alessandro Nocco (San Carlo Team Italia Kawasaki) has won the STK600 race in dominant fashion today at Magny-Cours. The 16 year old Italian, at his third race victory of his rookie season, pulled away in the opening laps to cross the line 6 seconds ahead of his nearest rivals. Christian Gamarino (Team Go Eleven Kawasaki) and Nocco's team mate Franco Morbidelli put up a great show in the final stages of the race, swapping positions several times before the chequered flag. In the end it was the current Championship leader to snatch second place for just 0.005s, an important achievement for Morbidelli who holds now a 10-point advantage in the standings on both

Qualifying Day results of the 2013 Road Racing EC in Albacete (Spain)

Today’s qualifying practices of the Road Racing European Championship took place on a rainy day at Albacete (Spain). Awarding of the Motocross European Champions in Teutschenthal (Germany)

Saturday, September the 28th was held in Teutschenthal (GER), at the Motocross of Nations 2013, the awarding of the Motocross European Champions. The Youthstream Awards, before handing over the prizes for the World Championship, hosted the awarding of the young European Champions, handed by the Youthstream President, Mr Giuseppe Luongo, together with FIM Europe 1st Deputy President, Mr Wolfgang Glas, and the Chairman of the FIME MX Commission, Mr Eddie Herd. Prizes were awarded to five riders, although not all were present on the stage to receive: • Raivo Dankers - EMX65cc European Champion • Conrad Mewse - EMX85cc European Champion • Pauls Jonass- EMX125cc European Champion • Valentin Guillod - EMX250cc European Champion • Filippo Grigoletto - EMX 150 Honda The evening, full of suggestive videos, including videos dedicated to each of the European Champions, gave an unforgettable moment that hardly will be forgotten by the young European riders.

Last final of Individual Speedway EC in Rzeszow (Poland)

The Individual Speedway European Championship (SEC) – Final 4 was held in Rzeszow (Poland) on the 29th of September 2013. The event was won by Slovakian rider Martin Vaculik, followed by Russian Grigorij Laguta and Danish Hans Andersen. Thanks to yesterday’s victory, Martin Vaculik managed to win the Individual Speedway EC and become the new European Champion with 47 points followed by Nicki Pedersen with 44 points and Grigorij Laguta with 42 points. Last round of Bajas European Championship in Idanha a Nova (Portugal)

Participants of Baja European Championship were welcomed with a demanding race center, starting area and track by the organisers in Idanha a Nova (Portugal). In the European Championship were only 3 motorbike and 5 quad and 4 UTV drivers. By the way on the race were almost 34 bikes, 23 quads, 22 UTV and 32 cars. Thanks to rain on Friday and sleeking on the whole length the track was in perfect condition. Last Round of Supermoto EC in Rivesaltes (France)

Sunny Rivesaltes welcomed the riders of the European SuperMoto Championship on the circuit “Le Grand Roussillon” for the final round of the series this year. On the Saturday, all practices and races went on very well. No accident. On Sunday the racing conditions were excellent : sunny and hot weather, cut throat competition. At the end of the first race, there was a gap of 3 points between rider Devon VERMEULEN Devon and Edgardo BORELLA. So there was a real suspence for the title at the second race. In second race Edgardo Borella took the lead until the end followed by Riders Eddy Petard and Frederic Guerin who fight strongly. That’s why Devon Vermeulen could not overtake them in order to fight for the title. Therefore Edgardo Borella is the European Champion.   (FIM Europe Press Release 145/2013)

More than 100 registered riders to the RR European Championship

102 riders, representing 23 countries also from outside Europe, are now registered to the final of the Road Racing European Championship scheduled on the 4th, 5th and 6th of October in the Spanish track of Albacete. In the Moto 3 class, 4 riders are registered as reserves. It is possible that more riders could be added to the attached entry lists, considering that not all related national championships are finished yet and that wild cards should also be released at the incontestable discretion of RFME, Dorna and FIM Europe. Last round of the MAXXIS EMX Quad EC in Rudersberg (Germany)

The seventh, and final round in the Maxis European Quad Motocross Championship, was this weekend held on the track in Rudersberg (Germany). On a very wet track the Saturday’s training and qualifying, was done the Riders have difficult conditions to ride this. The pole position for the races on Sunday went to the already 2013 Champion Jérémie Warnia. In the first race Sunday, was the fastest rider Joe Maessen (Yamaha) followed by Manfred Zienecker (KTM), and on the third place came Olli Koskela. The second race started in heavy rain and after 20 minutes the race was canceled, Joe Maessen (Yamaha) was the first who passed the line and number two, Marc de Vries (VLS) and on the third place Oliver Vandendeijk (KTM). 6th Round of Supermoto EC in Triscina (Italy)

Sunny Triscina in Sicily welcomed the riders of the European SuperMoto Championship on the circuit Kartodrome Castelvetrano for the sixth round of the series this year. Having no big difference in the points of the top five riders the question for the weekend was who will be the new leader? So the first race saw the two KTMs of Devon Vermeulen (NED) and Toni Klem (FIN) finishing first and second with a minimal gap of 0.4 sec. Edgardo Borella (Yamaha) from Italy finished third. Malachi Mithchel Thomas (GBR, TM) made a mistake in the beginning of the race but that gave a chance to Aseri Kingelin (FIN, Honda) to show his skills and finish at the fourth place, four seconds after Borella. The second race was the race of Aseri Kingelin who managed to avoid any mistakes and finish first, followed by Edgardo Borella and Tomi Klem on the third
