FIM Europe CLUB Experience Bad Kleinkirchheim - Austria 24th – 27th September 2021 After last year's postponement due to the COVID-19 pandemic, FIM Europe and AMF are happy to announce that the FIM Europe Club Experience Austria 2021 will be held from 24 to 27 September in Bad Kleinkirchheim. You, your wife / husband and / or your friends are invited to participate to this unforgettable riding experience. European Bridgeston Iron Cup: the paralympic season started in Le Mans First round of the European Bridgestone Iron Cup on 10th and 11th June at historic Le Mans Circuit, in France. In class 1000 great performance by Austrian rider Peter Rohr, overall and class winner followed by Italian Maurizio Castelli and French Benoit Thibal. Emiliano Malagoli had to withdraw due to a technical problem a few corners before the finish line. In the Lesser Impaired category first place for Giacomo Tuseddu, while Umberto Troisi was unable to start due to a technical problem with his bike.

In class 600 won the Belgian Christophe Bernard ahead of home riders Willy Mourgue and Yann Boes. In the Lesser Impaired 600 class Samuele Bertolasio conquered the victory thanks to the help of his direct rival Antonio Montoya, who supplied him with some spare parts for the bike after a bad crash in qualifying.

Yamaha R3 bLU cRU European Cup: round 1 at Misano Circuit Photo credits Yamaha Racing The first ever round of the Yamaha R3 bLU cRU European Cup provided the crowd at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, Italy, on 11th and 12th June with two thrilling races, as 27 young riders battled it out to open their championship account with a win. In race one it was Spanish rider Iker Garcia Abella who took victory ahead of Slovakian Maxim "Terminator" Repak and British rider Fenton Seabright.
In race two Repak and wild card rider, Matteo Vannucci, managed to break away from a chasing pack led by Giacomo "The Thunder" Mora in the closing stages. It was the Slovakian Repak who got the better of the Italian Vannucci to take the win, with Mora crossing the line to claim the final step on the podium. Visit our Road Racing page

EMX 65 / EMX 85 / EMX Women' European Championships: Lithuania and Turkey welcomed the MX riders This weekend the Lithuanian city of Siauliai hosted the third round of the EMX 65 / EMX 85 North East zone and the first of Women’ championship, welcoming 63 riders from 13 different countries. Race1of EMX85 was ruled by Russian rider Semen Rybakov. He was faster than Latvian Janis Martins Reisulis, winner of the first round in Ukraine, and second in Lithuania. Third place for Gregor Kuusk from Estonia. In Race2 Polish rider Bartosz Jaworski leaded for a long time, but in the end won again Rybakov. Third on the podium Markuss Ozolins from Latvia. Rybakov won also the Overall in front of Reisulis and Jaworski. EMX65 Race1 saw an Estonian domination with the same winner of last week. CEV Repsol Moto2 European Championship and Hawkers European Talent Cup: Catalunya hosted round 3 Catalunya played to host a fantastic display right throughout the weekend for the CEV Repsol Moto2 European Championship and Hawkers European Talent Cup. Fermin Aldeguer (Boscoscuro Talent Team-Ciatti) was once again the dominant force in the Moto2™ European Championship as he raced into the distance winning both races and it was 15-year-old Xabi Zurutuza (Cuna de Campeones) that took the win in Hawkers European Talent Cup. In Moto2™ ECh it was business as usual for Aldeguer at the flag, but he did have some work to do! The 16-year-old was squeezed out at Turn 1 as Lukas Tulovic (Liqui Moly Intact SIC Racing Team) and Alonso Lopez (Boscosuro Talent Team-Ciatti) grabbed 1st and 2nd on the first lap. Aldeguer quickly set to work and picked them off to take the lead and from there, streaked away to a 7-second winning margin.

The European Bridgestone Iron Cup debuts this weekend at historic Le Mans Everything is ready for the first round of the European Bridgestone Iron Cup, starting from this year recognized by FIM Europe. This weekend the historic Le Mans Circuit, in France, will host at closed doors the opening race of the calendar. This first round will see 29 riders with disabilities from Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Austria and the Czech Republic fight in the 600cc and 1000cc class. Supermoto European Championship: Bulgaria to host the first round The FIM Europe Supermoto Junior, S3 and Senior European Championship kicked in this weekend at “Dolna Mitropolia” Circuit, Pleven, Bulgaria. The event, first of three this season, took place in front of large crowd and with high temperatures, ranging from 27 to 35 degrees throughout the weekend. This season the format of the events slightly changed, giving the possibilities to the riders to compete in a three days event, which includes a total of four free practices, the standard timed practice and four races which bring points for the championship. European U19 Pairs Speedway Championship: Latvian Gusts, Matjusonoks, Ansviesulis win the Final The historic city of Gdańsk, Poland, hosted the first ever European U19 Pairs Speedway Championship Final. In a thrilling and emotional afternoon, the Latvian Pair took the leading from the beginning. After an easy match with the Czech and German Pairs, it won 5:1 with pre-meeting favourites Polish and confirmed its hegemony in heat 11 with a double win over British. The British lost their comfortable lead over Polish in heat 13 after an own fall of Rowe but stayed focused on the result and collected points. After the Polish win 5:1 over Danish in heat 20 and a tie between Great Britain and Sweden in heat 21 the run-off decided on the second place in which Poland got the silver medal.
