E-Bike European Enduro Cup: Italy hosted the first edition ever The first edition ever of the E-Bike European Enduro Cup was raced in a warm and sunny day in Italy, in Pasquilio, the Apuan part of Versilia, in conjunction with the fifth round of the Italian Championship. The race, organized with the collaboration of Off Pro Racing and Versilia Corse, had five special tests, three of which of about 8 minutes, one of 7 and one of 5. At the end of the brand-new challenge Paolo Bertozzi won the Overall with a time gap of more than one minute from Francesco Petrucci, brother of the well-known MotoGP rider Danilo Petrucci. Third position for Thomas Bonuccelli. The Senior class was won by Stefano Passeri, the Junior by Luca Grossi, the E2 by Andrea Sassoli and the E3 by Andrea Di Luca. Yamaha R3 bLU cRU Eropean Cup: Bergamini does the Donington double in fourth round At the fourth round of the Yamaha R3 bLU cRU Eropean Cup at the Donington Park circuit, Italy’s Devis Bergamini starred, winning both races to reignite his championship chances, as he now sits second in the standings. Championship leader Enzo Valentim finished twice on the podium, alongside pole-sitter Andrea Pizzoli in Race 1 and fellow Brazilian Kevin Fontainha in Race 2, seeing him head into the second half of the season with a 26-point lead. From second on the grid, Bergamini charged out front at the start of Saturday morning’s opening race, with Pizzoli slotting in behind. However, with eight riders having to take long lap penalties, the order was quickly mixed up and it was Australia’s Archie McDonald who hit the front. European U19 Pairs Speedway Championship: Polish team crowned champion! Riga, the capital of Latvia, hosted the single round of the European U19 Pairs Speedway Championship. The city is the largest is the three Baltic states and lies on the Gulf of Riga at the mouth of the Daugava river where it meets the Baltic Sea. Founded in 1201, its historical centre is a Unesco World Heritage Site noted for its Art Nouveau/Jugendstil architecture and 19th century wooden architecture. The race, well prepared by the Riga Speedway Club, went very dynamically and smoothly thanks to the perfect condition of the track and the Referee, Mr. Pawel Slupski. European races of the weekend 16-17/07/2022  

European 250cc Pairs Speedway Cup: Final 2 Second date for the European 250cc Pairs Speedway Cup: a few days after the Final 1 in Poland the best riders of the Speedway discipline went back on track in Pardubice, Czech Republic, for the Final 2. Team Denmark won (26 points) closely followed by Poland (24 points) and Sweden (20 points). Team from Czech Republic finished fourth with 18 points, while Germany close the top five with 14 points. Mikkel Andersen, recently crowned European 250cc Youth Speedway Champion, ruled the race becoming the best rider of the meeting. During this week, riders had the unique opportunity to race in 4 meeting in 6 days in Central Europe (Poland and Czech Republic). This represents not only a reduction in cost, but also allow riders to focus on racing. The last event of the series will be race on August 6th in Denmark. Final

Supersport 300 Cup: round 3 in Slovakia Third round for the Supersport 300 Cup at Slovakiaring, Slovakia, with the perfect organisation of the Organizer, CMO, together with technical delegates and the track staff. On Saturday was raced qualifying and Race1, while on Sunday Race2. Double win for the Polish rider Dawid Nowak, thanks to an impressive pace in both the heat. So far please kindly be informed that: EFFECTIVE from Misano JuniorGP™ Round Handlebar Grips – JuniorGP™, Moto2™ ECh, and Hawkers ETC Classes It has recently been noticed that some JuniorGP™ teams have been fitting extended handlebar grips. The purpose is to allow their riders to slide their hand further towards the forks to try to improve the aerodynamic effect of the rider’s body along the straights. This practice is considered extremely dangerous due to the fact the rider has less control of the motorcycle when in this position. Accordingly, with immediate effect, the maximum permitted overall length of the handlebar grip in JuniorGP™, Moto2™ ECh and Hawkers ETC is

S3 & SM Junior European Championship Vysoké Myto, Czech Republic, hosted the second round of the SM Junior European Championship and the first one of the S3 European Championship. Local hero Matej Kokes won with ease both heats, followed by the German Lasse Welsch. SM Junior In race1 rider Matěj Kokeš riding for MIRA Racing Team on Husquarna was going to stay as dominant as throughout the whole Saturday. However, since the very start there were no hesitations anymore. Kokeš, who has benefited from the perfect knowledge of his local circuit, managed to start well, and was stretching the lead ever since until the end of the race, lapping first rider already after 5 laps. At the finish line, Kokeš a was well ahead by a gap of 8,8 seconds to the second rider – German Lasse Welsch. Also Welsch, riding Husquarna, had a calm race, not being endangered by

European 250cc Youth Speedway Championship: Dane Mikkel Andersen grab the title Great weekend for the European 250cc Youth Speedway Championship with the SF1, SF2 and Final in Liberec, Czech Republic. In spite of the unfavourable track conditions because of heavy rain night before meeting, all riders finished the game safe. SF1 Home hero Adam Bednář won SF1 ruling all heats. Czech fans who gathered on Saturday morning at the Letná stadium in Liberec experienced a fantastic racing day. Halfway through the competition, the first ruts appeared on the track, but this did not significantly affect riders' attitude. Results: 1. Adam Bednář, CZE 2. Mikkel Andersen, DEN 3. European Pairs Speedway Championship: SF2 The city of Nagyhalasz, in East Hungary, welcomed riders and team of the European Pairs Speedway Championship for the SF2. Thanks to the excellent job made by the organization, the race was run perfectly without delay. The pair from Latvia claimed the victory with 25 points ahead of Czech Republic, second with 23 points and Poland, whose pair finished third with 18 points.
