The prestigious ‘Bal de Printemps’ event was held on 21st of March in Geneva, Switzerland where both Youthstream Group and FIM Europe took part. Organized by IRP (International Foundation for Research in Paraplegia), the glamorous evening is an annual event to collect funds for the research of Paraplegia. The first round of the European Baja Championship was held at Bugac, in Hungary. In the Quad class Iaroslav Tovstyk from Ukraine was the winner in front of Przemyslaw Pawlowski from Poland and Olga Roucková from Czech Republich. There was a special standing for women and  Olga Roucková was the winner in front of Sandra Ulrichova and Agata Stefaniak (in the photo).

The FIM CEV Repsol provisional 2017 calendar has been updated. The event to be held in the Circuito do Estoril, originally scheduled for September 3rd, has been rescheduled for July 23rd. During the weekend, the European Moto 2 and European Talent Cup will be held, too. Mike Hartmann (Photo @Robert Pairan) The second and final round of the European Super Enduro Cup was held at Albi, in France, in the context of the the FIM Maxxis SuperEnduro World Championship. In the European class German Mike Hartmann (Husqvarna) proved unbeatable as he raced his way to a double victory and the European Cup title confirming the title he had won last year. Adrian Jacon (KTM) from France conquered the second place in the race, which is remarkable considering that he is a rookie. The brand-new modern headquarters of OEAMTC (Oesterreichischer Automobil-, Motorrad- und Touringclub) in Vienna was officially opened today in a ceremonial act. The 12th General Assembly of MACEC (Motorcycle Association of Central European Countries) was held on 11th  March 2017 in Chișinău (Moldova). MACEC member Federations are from the following countries: Belarus (BFMVS), LMSF (Lithuania), FMRM (Moldova), PZM (Poland), FRM (Romania), SMF (Slovakia), FMU (Ukraine). FMRM General Secretary  Aleksandr Briuhov  welcomed all the participants of the General Assembly in Chisinau – among them Vice Minister of Sport of the Republic of Moldova Ivan Florean – and was happy to host this important meeting. Today in Rovaniemi (FIN) the BRP Finland hosted the meeting with the representatives of the FIM Europe and the Finnish Federation (SML).
