Trial European Championship: the season starts in Pietramurata Matteo Grattarola The 28th edition of the Trial European Championship is on the go in the next week-end. The venue chosen is Pietramurata, near Trento in North-East of Italy: two days of competitions -  nevertheless it is Easter and in Italy this date does not seem so opportune – with almost 130 riders coming all over the Europe.  All the categories will be present. On Saturday the best Women and Youths will be on the scene, followed the day after by the most quoted riders belonging to the Championship, Junior and Over 40 classes. Not running for a title, but just for their fun, other riders will fight in the International classes: twos in both days. Supermoto S2 European Championship: Thomas Chareyre takes the first win of the season in Ottobiano With clouds and rain on Sunday 14th April started the season of the Supermoto S2 European Championship at Ottobiano Motorsportpark, Italy. Despite the weather the spectators found their way to the race track already early in the morning and enjoyed the races from the grandstand alongside the track. After a long winter break 23 riders were at the start for this first round, ready to give to the spectators some good shows. In the S1 class TM Factory Racing rider Thomas Chareyre took a double victory, getting the overall win too. EMX 65 / EMX 85 European Championship South East zone: first round in Chisinau Capitol city of Chisinau, Moldovan, hosted the first round of the EMX 65 and EMX85 European Championship South East zone. Weather play a big role in first day. Due to heavy rain on Friday and overnight, changes must be done on Saturday’s schedule. Road Race Hill Climb and Vintage Sidecar Hill Climb European Championship: to the track at Landshaag, Austria dav The 40th edition of the Hill Climb Event in Landshaag, Austria, was the first round of the Road Race Hill Climb European Championship. Despite uncertain weather conditions and low temperatures, about 12.000 spectators and 55 riders came to join the race. In the practices the fastest riders were Guido Testoni (FMI) in 250, Daniel Kronschläger (AMF) in Supersport, Stefano Bonetti (FMI) in Superbike and Josef Frauenschuh (AMF) in Supermoto. On Sunday there were Race 1 and Race 2 on dry conditions. The winners of the round are: Guido Testoni in 250, Rafael Neuner in Supersport, Andrea Gangl in Superbike and Josef Frauenschuh in Supermoto. European Supersport 600 Cup: second round at TT Assen Tough weekend for the European Supersport Cup 600 with the second round at TT Assen, in the Netherlands, together with the FIM Supersport World Championship. EMX 125 2T and EMX 250 European Championship: Forato and Guadagnini dominate duo in Trentino The second rounds of the 2019 EMX250 and EMX125 presented by FMF Racing Championships took place this weekend at the Trentino circuit where Italy’s own Alberto Forato and Mattia Guadagnini from Maddii Racing Husqvarna took the respective wins. The round of Trentino is always one of the best attended by fans and riders due to not only Italy’s passion for motocross but also the incredible venue, its surroundings, and unique circuit. This weekend the two FIM Europe Championships had a combined list of 193 entries. EMX250 Race 1 on Saturday started in dramatic fashion as riders piled up in both the first and second turn. Creymert Racing’s Kevin Horgmo came away unscathed and held the lead early but Honda Redmoto Assomotor’s Stephen Rubini moved to the premiere position in the second lap. Enduro European Championship: double win for Kouble in Portugal The only 21-year-old Krystof Kouble from the Czech Republic won both the first and the second day at the start of the European Enduro Championship in Gois, Portugal, taking the in the overall classification. Heavy rain and hailstorms made the track muddy and slippery and led the organizers to some detours. In Day 1 the KTM rider immediately took the lead and extended his lead to 22 seconds until the end. After a crash in the enduro test his lead had shrunk a little, but overall all participants had to struggle more with the weather conditions than with the competition. Second overall position for the Finnish Eemil Pohjamo (TM 300 2T) and third for the Swede Albin Elowson.
