CEV Repsol Moto2 European Championship and European Talen Cup: Pons and Guevara ruler in Barcelona Third round for the CEV Repsol Moto2 European Championship and the ETC - European Talen Cup at Barcelona Circuit, Spain. The first Moto2™ ECh race was interrupted by a red flag when Leon Orgis (Redding - Pinamoto RS) fell on the second lap while Edgar Pons and Héctor Garzó (CNS Motorsport) were out clear in front. The accident left liquid on the track forcing officials to temporarily suspend the race. The second race was set at 11 laps. Pons went straight back into the lead, followed by Yari Montella (Team Ciatti - Speed Up), Niki Tuuli (Team Stylobike), Héctor Garzó, Alessandro Zaccone (Promoracing) and Anupab Sarmoon (VR46 Master Camp Academy). Together with the Supersport World Championship, the three riders in fight for the European title were Michael Canducci, first, Gaetan Matern and Kyle Smith, both out. Next race is scheduled on 21st-23rd June at Misano, Italy.

EXM Quad European Championship: the race in Estonia Second event of the EXM Quad European Championship in Kivioli, Estonia, with 29 riders from 12 countries in front of about 10.000 spectators. Race 1 was characterized by strong heat and won by Kevin Saar from Estonia. Second position for Mike Van Grinsven from Nederland and third for Patrick Turrini from Italy. Better condition on Sunday’s race 2, partially cloudy with 18°, ruled by Saar too. Second position again for Grinsven, while third was Roman Gwiazda from Poland. Next round will be on 27th-28th July in Stelpe, Latvia. The overall classification: 1. Kevin Saar 2. Mike Van Grinsven 3. Patrick Turrini

EMX 65 / EMX 85 European Championship North East zone: third round in Latvia The beautiful city of Gulbene, Latvia, hosted the third round of the 2019 European MX Championship for EMX 65 and EMX 85 North East zone. About thousand spectators gathered around the track to welcome and enjoy their favorite riders and felt the spirit of the race. The weather, despite all forecast, turned out to be perfect during the whole weekend. Even though the organiser did a massive job to maintain the good quality of the track. In EMX 65 class the qualification leader was Janis Martins Reisulis from Latvia. Second place for Semen Rybakov from Russia and third place for Marius Adomaitis from Lithuania. In EMX 85 qualifying race first position for another Latvian, Reisulis Karlis Alberts. Second place for Mikk Martin Lohmus from Estonia and third for Roberts Lusis from Latvija. EMX 85 class race

Vintage Enduro European Championship: the second round in France The second round of the Vintage Enduro European Championship took place on Saturday 1st June in Le Mayet de la Montagne, France. The second round of the Vintage Enduro European Championship took place on Saturday 1st June in Le Mayet de la Montagne, France. About 50 riders come to join this vintage race organised by the motorcycle club Team Saint Yorre Motos, led by President Robert Jourdan. The race began on Friday with the acceleration test, ruled by Gianpaolo Bergamaschi in front of Donato Benetti, both with BMW.. On Saturday the race was articulated with three laps and two special test: one fast enduro test and one cross test like and World one. The winner of the race: Class A3  - Sala Paolo MAria ITA (Zundapp) Class A4 - Barsotti Alberto   ITA (Husqvarna) Class C2 - Caselli Luciano ITA (Husqvarna) Class C3 - Arenas Xavier  SPA (Montesa)

In the begging Danish team get the advantage, but later Latvian team riders ride better and better in a really exciting race. At the end Tim Sorensen gave the victory to Denmark after a brave attack when he overtook Davis Kurmis. The final event will be held on 20th June in Macon, France.

European Under 21 Team Speedway Championship SF1: the round in Liberec In sunny, hot conditions, the European U21 Team Speedway Championship Semi-Final 1 was held at Liberec (Czech Republic) in front of one thousand spectators. Riders and officials supported Environment's FIM program before the race. The dramatic race decided in last heat race.  The winner was Swedish team in front of Germany and Czech Republic. Winner were qualified to the final. The best rider of the race was Czech Jan Kvěch. The final will be held at Macon, France, on 20th July.

European Individual Grass Track Championship SF1: the round in Germany Photo credit: Jesper Veldhuizen The 2019 European Individual Grass Track Championship got off to a great start with some very hard and competitive racing in front of about 4.000 spectators on an extremely hot day (29°) at the Leineweberring in Bielefeld in the north of Germany. The official start of the meeting was delayed by ¾ hour due to work undertaken by the track maintenance team (watering, rolling and grading), to try and combat the dusty conditions experienced during practice. The event finally got underway on the very fast 700 metre oval, and racing was fast and furious, producing both exciting and close racing in a number of the qualifying heats.
