Motoball European Championship: let’s start the game! From Saturday 15th to Saturday 22nd June the city of Morsch, Germany, is hosting the Motoball European Championship. This sport was born in in the mid-1930s: it is similar to football, but all players (except goalkeepers) are riding motorcycles, and the ball is much bigger. Day 1 RUSSIA 3-2 FRANCE In the first quarter Russia scored two goals and it looked like European title holders will have an easy game, but soon France fought back to 2-2, held all the game well, and only a beautiful 16 meters free-kick earned first victory and 3 points for Russia.
